We guaranteed the effectiveness of this platform by orchestrating complex relationship mapping, automated multi-tier financial workflows, and holiday-aware lesson generation. Powered by CodeIgniter 4 and asynchronous queuing, it operates as a relentless, non-blocking administrative engine.

Overview

We're changing the way schools administrate.

Sure, managing a few dozen students is easy, but coordinating thousands of recurring lessons across complex payer households takes logic to a whole new level! We developed a system that dynamically computes age-based VAT rules and shifts schedules around school holidays automatically. We believe in being a team of backend engineers who build bulletproof, scalable PHP systems.

Challenges

Optimizing heavy data relationships.

To maintain high flexibility, student data was stored in an EAV (Entity-Attribute-Value) format. The challenge? Querying thousands of rows caused severe database lag. Our solution: We designed optimized SQL Views using advanced window functions to pivot and flatten data dynamically, ensuring Server-Side DataTables load instantly. Furthermore, we solved PDF invoicing timeouts by offloading bulk generation to an asynchronous serialized MySQL queue.

Look sharp, execute seamlessly! We utilized a robust CodeIgniter 4 architecture. The system checks strict transactional overlaps to prevent double-bookings and dynamically calculates VAT rules—all rendered beautifully through AJAX-powered Vanilla CSS and jQuery interfaces.
